Return & Store Policies

Return Policy Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Damage Policy Any product or in-home damage must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery or pick-up to the contracted delivery service. Upon delivery inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

Appliances Due to the complicated nature of delivering and installing appliances, all sales are final. Please measure your room and delivery path carefully. Please inspect your appliance for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your appliance is defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to exchange it.

Furniture All furniture sales are final and must be paid in full at the time of sale. Please measure your room and delivery path carefully. If the furniture doesn’t fit or is canceled before delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. If an item is ordered and canceled before delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please inspect your furniture for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your furniture is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to exchange it.

Mattresses If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer to exchange it. All mattresses should be purchased with a mattress protector because, if there is a manufacturer defect the manufacturer will not accept a stained, damaged or unsanitary mattress and that will void your warranty. All mattress law tags must remain intact. Mattresses require a 30-day adjustment period to allow your body to adjust to the new support.

Price Match Policy If you find a lower price on an identical item from a local competitor’s website or store, we will match it. Pricing will be verified on the competitor’s website. Pricing not listed on websites must be verified via phone, print advertisement, or written quote on letterhead. May only be combined with other special offers available at the competitor. For example, extended financing offers or additional discount sales at Walker's may not be combined with price matching. You will have the option to choose whichever total offer is most appealing to you. Limited quantity specials, closeouts, and damaged/as-is items are excluded from price matching. Third-party sellers on services such as Scratch and Dent stores, Amazon, Marketplace, eBay, or Google Shopping are not authorized to warranty or sell most items. They are specifically excluded from this policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities. The policy does not apply to services or warranties.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Sales Tax In-state orders will be charged 7% sales tax.

Special Order Merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee - even if not yet delivered - and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
