Worst product I have ever owned

I purchesed the samsung rh25h5611sg/aa side by side 2 years ago and the freezer has stopped working 3 times so fay. It goes out temporarily (about 12 hours) and I lose all frozen food. When waranty repairperson checks (about 7 days later) the freezer is working and my warantee for food replacement is void. I believe Samsung should either repair or replace the unit as this is unacceptable! If no fix at least replace my food loss every time it happens.

The refrigerator beeps at all times when no one is near the refrigerator. The beeping/chiming is very high, occurs randomly and frezzer temprature goes up.

I ordered this a couple weeks ago and it had been delivered to my home DAMAGED, TWICE. I had to take off from work to receive these deliveries, which was a complete waste of time considering that it came damaged both times. Truely unsatified. Will not be purchasing from Samsung again.

I bought this Friday a little over a year ago and the freezer stopped working just months after the warranty expired. Do not buy, or else you'll be buying another fridge within the next couple years. I have multiple Samsung appliances and they have all stopped working shortly after the warranty expires.

The freezer not freezing, the ice maker stopped making ice, and the refrigerator does not get completely cold, this all happened within a year and one month. Calling Samsung customer service they give you the run around, they gave me a service ticket one day and cancelled it the next.They stated the freezer is no longer under warranty, however the compressor had a 5 year warranty but they stated they can go by my word. A refrigerator should last longer than a year. I choose Samsung because I have other products by them. However this product did not last but a year and a month, as well as, customer gave me the run around about having someone come to check the product

I got this refridgerator 1 yr ago. I came back home from a 10 day vacation only to find my fridge not working all the food spoiled. I came home june 3 2018 and my warranty expired may 31 2018 how conveinent . Now waiting for a call from service. Big fan of samsung everything i have is pretty much samsung tv phone stove microwave but after this will never buy another home appliance from them again.

Our new Samsung refrigerator was delivered 2 months ago and, generally, we are satisfied. I am disappointed in some features that do not reflect Samsung's, apparently past, reputation. First, the fridge was covered with a clear plastic sheet that was "built into the crevices." It took us about 2 hours to cut out the small pieces of plastic left in all the crevices, which resulted in a few scratches on the fridge. The drawers cannot be adjusted and they do not slide out smoothly. The door does not close automatically and swings open when you let go of it, even after trying to adjust the legs to level it.The ice dispenser has a long delay before it drops ice and, then, sprays small chips outside the glass and onto the floor while the ice cubes are dispensed. I do like the readout on the door showing the current temps, which are easily adjusted, of the fridge and freezer. The easy access of the extra outside door on the fridge is nice, but we don't use it very often.

I have never been accused of being in love with an appliance, but there is always a first time. I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator when we built and moved into our new house in 2005. It had always been a problem. So when I renovated, I spent 12 whole hours reading all the reviews in different places: 3 Retail establishments, 3 manufacturers websites and 3 websites that critique appliances. It was a tedious process, but worth the work. First I should say that my demands are somewhat minimal: 1.It needs to keep the food cold and the frozen food frozen. 2.It needs to be energy efficient. 3.The icemaker should function without constant repairs. 4.It should be somewhat quiet. It is not a big deal to me that the refrigerator does not come with a removable spill tray in front, nor that the shelving on the door will break unless you treat it gently. For a price on the lower end, one will have to deal with some things that are less than perfect. The refrigerator that I bought (Samsung model RH25H561/WW/AA) does all those things, plus it cuts off instantly when you go from getting ice to getting water. This is nice, as it avoids overspills of ice onto the floor. It is extremely quiet and energy efficient. I did have a door shelf break in the first 3 months, but not since, and I've owned the refrigerator for 15 months now. To tell the whole truth, the feature of the extra door opening to remove a can or bottle without exposing the entire refrigerator to the Arizona heat is something that I don't use very much, but would if I had a different lifestyle. Samsung was recommended to me by a family member who has influenced 3 other family members to buy one, and they purchased them from Lowes, which I have been very happy with also.

Nice look that compliments regular stainless steel stove and microwave. At 24.7 CF, it appears much larger than my old 25.6 Frigidaire. Only drawback I can think of is the ice maker...only makes 6 cubes at a time, the ice tray is small compared to my old fridge, and the ice dump into the tray is quite noisy. All in all, it's nice, and my wife loves it!

We really liked this Fridge at the store. Once it was delivered, it seems to keep everything pretty fresh. The side door that opens from the front is great for myself, since I keep drinks in the door. However, the Ice Maker doesn't have the largest capacity. if you're having a party, bagged ice would be required. We've had it few month now and it started to beep more frequently, I originally thought it was from keeping the doors open too long. But now it will beep every minute for up to an hour.

We enjoy all features, ice maker, shelf level/spacing, adequate storage volume, and electronic front panel. To begin, installer leveled before leaving?? Later, we adjusted several times using recommended method, trying to eliminate refrigerator side door loud creaking sound upon opening and closing. Leveled several times, using recommended method, even pulled frig out and adjusted rear corner locations for level! Each time, thought we were successful, then in a while, sound returned. No amount of adjustment will eliminate sound after opening/closing doors a few times. I reason that there's not enough heft or bulk in base and corner metal to support the box without some kind of twisting. Sound is disappointing, especially when showing off to friends and neighbors! A large investment to have such a frustrating annoyance! Would like a Samsung professional tech to visit for an evaluation! Carl and Karyn, retired. He @ 80, she @ 75 thanks for listening!
