I bought this about 2 years ago Sept 2021. It is quiet and cleans very very well. I particularly enjoyed reviewing the owners manual weird I know because Im a visual learner and the depictions of how it should be loaded helped a ton to maximize space. The top rack where you can add additional flatware larger utensils and other smaller items that dont fit anywhere else is great. It can also be lowered to accommodate larger small items providing the 2nd rack doesnt have too tall items. The best part about the bottom rack is that you can fold down some parts to accommodate bulky dishes like large mixing bowls or deep pots. Overall super happy with the purchase and I would buy again.

The dishwasher starting making loud noise after about 10 months of use. We called Best Buy but they had us get in touch with LG service as it was less than a year old. The LG service tech came out and replaced the main pump motor. This fix lasted about a year but it is making the noise again. We are being told we do not have an extended warranty. We purchased the dishwasher along with an Oven and refrigerator and have warranties on those but somehow not on this dishwasher. So we are out of luck on it being loud is what we are told. We also had to have the middle dish rack replaced already. The original rack was already rusting. We have been told this is a problem with the pump on this model of dishwasher. I wish LG would stand behind this product.

I bought this a replacement to an old dishwasher. The optiona are abundant and found myself using auto mostly. Has option to state where your load is less. Easy to maintain and LOVE night mode where it washes ultra quiet ps. I have it on all the time. The LG alerts are cool stating time remaining and when done.

I had purchased a whole suite of LG products cooktop double oven refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher has been nothing but aggravating. After 6 service calls and dozens of calls to the warranty company it was finally fixed. The tech said its the closing switch and doesnt know how long it will last. I was told the closing switch is a known problem. This is my second switch so my finger are crossed.

Do not buy this. It does not fully clean the dishes. Half still have residue after you run a cycle. I even rinse them first. Called customer service they to make sure the sink ran hot water first. Same result with crappy customer service. Learn from my mistake Nita good brand to buy.

I have had the dishwasher for roughly 5 months and have developed a crack on the control panel. The unit is used maybe 2 to 3 times a week there are only 2 adults that use it. I explained the situation and was issued the typical we do not cover letter. This is my first experience with LG line and its very disapoining.so far. I have yet to use my new dishwasher. Once received we found it was leaking. It took some time to find a repair person to come out and then for the part to come in. I plan on running my first load this week.

The dishwasher is very quiet. My dishes have never looked si good. I love the sleek design without the handles that always gets dirty and gets in the way. I also love that the controls are on the top out of the way of small childrens reach

Has never worked properly

Purchased a new house in October 2021 and added the new dishwasher. Left in November for 6 months in Arizona. Came back first of May and started having problems. LG has had 2 repair people come out and try to fix it. The problems got worse as door will not close does not run the complete cycle etc. I am now back in Arizona for 6 months. I will return in May and will have to start the same process with LG.

Love the quiet and efficiency

I thas been a smooth transition to this new dishwasher. It is very attractive exterior and color. Black stainless surprised me as it is not as dark as I thought. It has been easy to learn operation of it load it and every load has come through perfectly.

Does no dry completely.

I chose this dishwasher thinking because it was more expensive I would get top of the line performance. Not at all. It doesnt completely dry dishes abd the start timet delays and its not user-friendly as to how to change rhe delay time.

Completely disappointed

I bought all new LG appliances for my previous house in 2017 and loved them all. Boy was I wrong to think that would continue. The refrigerator isnt layed out as well though it does store more ice. I like my induction range. The only complaint is the bottom drawer which doesnt really have a functional hand-hold to open it. I have to use hands on both sides of the drawer to get it open. The worst is the dishwasher. The very top shelf is ok. The next shelf is really bad. Most of my glasses dont want to stand up especially those with bases like wine glasses. The tines slant making it unstable to lean glasses against. They can be laid down or not but theyre loose enough that when the tines collapsed I broke a glass. The bottom shelf needs another rack. Its mostly a big empty space. I tried to talk to LG about it thinking maybe they had alternative racks for the 2 bad levels but they said Thats just how its made and Ended the conversation. No goodbye sorry ... just Sucks to be you
