So happy to get a set of ELECTROLUX Washer/Dryer. We visited family in Portland last month. And she had a set. When I used them I said to my husband ™€œThese are what I want for our Vacation Home. We had been looking and talking about it for a while. I loved how theirs spun out and I had to really tug to get the towels out. It did such a great job all around. Plus so easy to figure out how to use. I didn™€™t even need anyone to show me how to run them. We have large loads of bedding and beach towels at our Vacation home so we needed these. We had actually stripped the agitator gear twice on the old machine that we have used for 20 years. ??One Happy Customer!

I was between the Electrolux 600 and Speed Queen washer / dryer. I have a few SQ at the rentals apartment I own. They are great BUT, a front load SQ is 2.5 times the cost of a very hight end 600 series ELUX . The quality of ELUX is impressive and washes extremely well. I know it has a plastic main drum and not USA Made. However, my deciding factor was the main computer board and brain of the SQ is not USA made and has created most of the problems with SQ. If you are a features person such as my wife then ELUX is your ticket.

TAKE A PASS! 600 Series a Fire waiting to happen

Despite the value pricing and feature filled appliance profile, I would recommend passing on Electrolux and look at an alternative unless you want to either 1) spend a couple hours a month cleaning out LOTS of lint that the ineffective lint filter misses and deposits throughout the entire exhaust pathway (literally coating the door seal, the blower duct, blower cage, vent pipe, and vent cap with louver/cage), 2) wait for the inevitable house fire from the build up of lint in an unexpectedly short amount of time, or 3) return it ASAP (which by the way was the most effective solution option the phone agent could think of!).Additionally, trying to get access to a brand ambassador at Electrolux was nothing short of excruciating. The chat bot was an endless loop of repeated questions and then a spinning icon while I waited for the never to arrive agent I was supposed to wait to speak to me. When I called, I had to simply keep hitting "0" otherwise the phone bot kept trying to get me to call the retailer, email, or chat online. Then the phone rep was more concerned about getting all the marketing questions repeated (the same ones answered when I added the dryer to my account) that actually addressing anything about the lint issue (which is a TOP issue in the comments/ratings) but the resolution was to tell me to return it or I could have the pleasure of waiting online to schedule a repair visit by their third party but you are on your own for that, and they may require a credit card to bill in case it isn't covered. The unit is three weeks old. Sigh.On the plus side, we have 10 kids - 8 at home and the dryer has a huge capacity, the auto dry feature is very effective, and the controls are very intuitive despite all of the available features.Notes on the pictures that the app seems to mandate:1) the build up on the vent louver screen is what got caught up in the cover since it was cleaned 6 days ago and with 9 dryer cycles two with towels the rest the kids clothes - jeans/tees/etc.2) the build up you see on the door and on the exterior of the dryer is the lint we can not off by just taking the dryer sheet and wiping it away, to get the lint building up in these areas we need a toothpick or brush to remove build up.3) the lint you see building up in the blower duct work is lint that made it past the lint filter and is heading to the blower motor. This is the amount in the duct after the same 6 day period as I used a flex vacuum attachment to clean out the duct when we started documenting the lint issue.4) the last pics are of the fold close filter assembly. Doing research, turns out this filter is the IMPROVED (for new models)/RETRO FIT (for older models where the filter it replaces was a hazard) and it is a horrible mess to clean and use. You can see that the filter media is such that particles get trapped so they wont come out with a wipe so you either have to vacuum it on the exterior or wait for it to blow through the filter into the ductwork/blower. These images are after we took the dryer sheet, used it to help remove the lint trapped by the filter but nothing else cleaned like we have been doing to show the areas where the lint is getting by or getting stuck. Again - nothing good will come from this - either reduced efficiency, reduced blower motor life, LOTS of time cleaning lint, or a fire.

I researched quite a bit before deciding on the Electrolux. I wanted the steam feature for wrinkle release .Love the simple easy controls , large capacity 8.0 and stainless steel drum, and I also purchased the pedestal , which is so convient. my washer is still good but I am thinking of getting the washer to complete the set. Never heard of this brand before but glad I did my research and found the model at Home Depot as they had one on display to look at.

We have had a French door refrigerator, but when we found this glass faced side-by-side with auto opening doors and pitcher and water in the door, at the best price I™€™ve ever seen for refrigerator, we were sold. And we were right, it was the best decision we™€™ve made. We love it and have had it now for two months And keep finding things about it. We like more and more. The upright is so much easier to find your food in your freezer than it is in a French door with drawers. We highly recommend this.

RUN TO THE HILLS DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER

The dryer mechanics do not blend well. After 2 weeks it sounds like a jet airplane is taking off. The dryer front plate is badly bent forward. Again this was a 1500$ brand new dryer that I purchased. Also another reason I say run to the hills when contacting the warranty department you are just a number. They did what ever they could to get off the phone with me. Now i am on a 24 hour call back period. So please learn a lesson from me and stay away from Electrolux. I miss the days when a company would stand behind there product, they are still out there but very hard to find greed can be a scary thing.

We purchased this dryer from Warner Stellian in June 2025. We have had nothing but issues with it. They have replaced several parts and it™€™s still is loud and doesn™€™t dry our clothes properly. We previously had the same Electrolux washer and dryer units for over 10 years with zero issues..we LOVED them. We are starting to looking into contacting consumer protection agencies, state attorneys general office, and researching consumer protection laws (like the federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act™€"which states that after a reasonable™€"2-4™€“ amount of repair attempts and parts replacements, the manufacturer must either replace the appliance OR issue a full refund). Consumers need to be fully informed of these lemon laws and protections. We have requested the unit to be replaced so far to no avail, but we have another repair attempt scheduled. If this is not repaired and we are again denied replacement, we will escalated this matter further.

If I could give this appliance and Electrolux/Frigidaire customer service 0 stars I would. We Purchased brand new matching washer and dryer set from a local appliance store in October 2024. Since purchasing it has been a complete nightmare with these machines. The washer is tearing up our clothing. The dryer failed 6 months after purchase. Customer service has been the worst I have ever dealt with. Will never buy from this brand again.
