This Frigidaire combo replaced a very noisy, cracked bottom, 11 yr old Whirlpool. Amazing upgrade! Quiet and does not pour excessive heat into the kitchen. The electronic touch controls are well engineered and easy to use. The microwave has good even power. And the convection oven is a real bonus to speed baking.

This oven replaces a 20+ year old GE. It was the only combo that has a microwave door that swings to the side instead of drops straight down. The microwave is very easy to use, and the touchscreen on the oven is much easier to use than I expected. It's very quiet, and we're happy with our purchase.

Very disappointed so far

My brand new oven looks great but works poorly. I followed the instructions provided and still the oven is not performing as it should and does not heat up to the desired temperature. I contacted the customer care rep and was instructed to reread the instructions and if it is still not working shut the power off at the breaker box to reset the unit. I was also informed that the oven can take about 15 mins to warm up, which I think is a little long but so be it. I followed the instructions again and still it took oven an hour before it came almost close to the desired cooking temp. I will be calling again to see if there is anything else they can do. It™€™s unfortunate that I have a new unit that I can™€™t even use.

I have only had this a couple weeks and have not tried all the features. The microwave is small for the size of the oven, though that wasn™€™t a surprise since I had read the reviews. The only reason I purshased this one is because it was the only one Home Depot offered that had a chance of fitting in my cabinet space. This said, I have had no issues so far.

We had one installed before Christmas, and the door made a grinding noise. We had another one installed after the New year, and the door still makes, and feels like a grinding noise, but not as bad as the first one. Also, if we leave the light on in the oven, and when we turn it off, the oven comes on.

An attractive and fully functional combination appliance. The microwave is high wattage and accurate. The reheat and defrost settings are especially noteworthy. The oven is operated by a touch scan, while fairly easy and intuitive, requires some attention to detail. A useful touch scan setting us calibration of oven temperature. I am still working with accurate temperature setting and therefore my 4 and not 5 star rating. Overall, an excellent appliance for the price.

Love the convection setting. It is my go-to setting each and every time. It is compact and convenient. My only negative feedback is that the microwave retains odors. First, it held the plastic smell for several weeks and after heating a dish it retains that smell for some time.

Why no broiler pan? And defective racks.

The oven itself works well and looks good. But the racks (and only two are provided) are too wide. Even with oil they do not slide easily. The company said they will send replacements and they offered a discount on the broiler pan. For an expensive oven ($2,875), I think 3 racks should have been provided (which all glide easily) and a broiler pan should be standard equipment, not a supplemental purchase.

We replaced an older Frigidaire combo unit with the newer one. I really liked the combo and had the perfect space already prepared. It looks beautiful with the other new appliances but the microwave does not work except gives us the time. After waiting for the authorized repairman a few days we are in limbo because of parts. Would love to give a better review. If I had to choose a unit to go out I would choose the oven because we use the microwave so much. So a huge problem not having a microwave.

We wanted the microwave with the swing open door, not the pull down door which is on almost every other wall combo. This microwave is more square.. pull down door microwaves are wider but less in height. Controls are very easy and convenient. This new model has Fan Convection.
